I have been using this gluten free flour mix in place of all purpose flour (wheat) in recipes and have had tremendous success. Last week I even made a puff pancake that the boys loved! Recipe to follow later for that....
1c. Gluten Free Flour Mix--
1/2 c. rice flour, 1/4 c. tapioca flour or starch, 1/4 c. cornstarch, 1/2 t. xanthan gum
